| Day and Evening
Invitations
A day invitation provides details of the
wedding ceremony and reception for guests who are joining you for the
whole day. The evening invitation supplies information about the
wedding reception for guests you have invited to the evening
celebration only.
Invitations are A6 size (105 x 154 mm).
They are printed on high quality 260gsm card in either white or cream,
depending on your chosen design.
Each day and
evening invitation is
supplied with:
-
an insert sheet in either
white or cream (to match the cover of your chosen design) with information
printed in black text
regarding the wedding ceremony and/or evening reception
-
a thick
white or pearlescent envelope to correspond with your chosen design
You can choose your own
wording inside your invitations. However, samples and guidance can be
provided to assist you if required. |

| Reply Cards
Reply cards are sent out with your
invitations and provide a hassle-free and hopefully prompt way for your
guests to let you know whether or not they will be able to attend your
wedding.
Starlight Art reply cards are slightly smaller than invitations (88 x
114 mm), so they will easily fit in invitation envelopes. They are
printed on the same white or cream card as invitations and supplied with
a matching white or cream envelope.

| Save the Date Cards
Save the Date cards are
sent out in advance of the invitations and ask people to keep the date of
your wedding free. They are ideal if you haven't finalised the details
of your ceremony or want to send the invitations out nearer the wedding.
These cards are double
sided with a calendar on the front with the date of your wedding
circled. On the back are the bride and groom's names and date of
wedding.
They are printed on the same white or cream card as invitations and
supplied with a matching envelope.

| Order of Service
The order of service is
given to guests on their arrival at the wedding ceremony. It is A5
sized (148 x 210 mm). The ceremony information is printed on an insert sheet
in either white or cream to match your design. |

| Menus
Menus are available in three formats:
(1) Booklet
This is the same size and style as the
order of service (A5 sized booklet).
The front cover features the
logo from your chosen design and 'Menu'. An insert sheet states the names
of the bride and groom, date of wedding, location of reception and menu.
(2) Single sheet card
This
measures 105 x 297 mm (½
A4 size). It features a miniature version of the logo
from your chosen design at the top, as well as the names of the bride
and groom, date of wedding, location of reception and menu details.
(3) Small card (not
pictured)
If you require guests to select their
choice of food before the day, you can send a small A6 sized
card giving details of the menu invitations
(or at another time before your wedding day) in order for you to obtain your
guests choices.
If you send a reply card
out with your invitations, you can choose to have a selection of menu options
as part of the printing on the card. |

| Favours Boxes/Bags
Favours boxes or bags are usually placed
on the table at your wedding reception and provide a special memento for
your guests. All contain
a miniature version of the logo of your
chosen design.
All of our boxes/bags contain room for
approximately four average sized chocolates; boxes can be made to
specific dimensions to accommodate your requirements. There are
three styles available:
(1) Heart shaped box
Shaped like a heart, this box is open
at the top. It has a handle of double looped ribbon, meaning it
can be hung up (perhaps on the back of chairs) if required.
(2) Pyramid box
Shaped like a pyramid, these boxes are
secured with triangular flaps and are a robust and striking addition to
your reception tables.
(3) Organza
bag
These customised
bags are made of organza and satin ribbon and measure 8 cm x 10 cm.
The logo of your chosen design appears on a tag attached to the bag;
this can be used to write each guest's name on should you wish.
They are either white or cream, to match the colour of card used in your
chosen design.

| Place Cards
Place cards are placed on each table to inform your guests of where you
would like them to sit. Each has a miniature version of your
chosen design and space for the guest's name. The area on the
front measures 105 x 35 mm.
Each place card can either
be blank or printed with the guest's name. You may wish to order them
blank if you will not be sure of the guests names until relatively near the
wedding. |

 |
| Seating Plan
This is displayed at the
entrance of the reception to
inform your guests where they are sitting. They ensure that your family and friends are seated with minimum
fuss and confusion. They are also an excellent memento for you to keep
to remind you of your special day.
Seating plans are produced on mountboard
measuring 560 mm x 460 mm (approximately A2 size). They are framed in
a clip frame with a perspex front to aid durability as standard; please
ask for prices for other styles of frame.
The seating plan matches
your chosen design, as follows:
-
Base colour of either
cream or white, as appropriate.
-
Guest names for each table
use the same cardboard and decorative paper as the rest of each range.
-
The top of the seating
plan features the logo used on your chosen design, either side of the bride
and groom's names.
If
you are not ordering any other items, colours and style of cardboard and
paper used can be specified by yourself.
The structure of your seating plan will depend on the layout of your Reception. Two suggested formats
are illustrated by the pictures on the right. |
